It\u2019s got over 242 neighborhoods and endless suburbs across several counties and an enormous metro area. It\u2019s where the Alliance Theatre, Fox Theatre, and the High Museum of Art are located. That\u2019s the Westside of Atlanta. You\u2019ll find a lot of startup breweries in those aforementioned industrial spaces too. <\/span><b>Castleberry Hill<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is located here with its cool coffee shops, performance spaces, and galleries. <strong>West Midtown<\/strong> has design shops, boutiques, and local goods for sale, along with some of the best restaurants in the city. Food markets, tattoos, funky street art. You\u2019ll find edgy bars, fantastic dining, and trendy hotspots, but more than that, you&#8217;ll find character.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neighborhoods (er, districts?) in the Eastside include <\/span><b>Sweet Auburn<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0and its excellent community food market,\u00a0<\/span><b>Little Five Points <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with its murals, vinyl shops, and vintages stores, and <\/span><b>East Atlanta Village<\/b>,\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the gritty but intriguing place of<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0live music, hip pubs, and international food. Festive <\/span><b>Inman Park<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is home to brilliant old houses, restaurants, and the nearby Krog Street Market, which\u00a0<\/span><b>Grant Park<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has Zoo Atlanta, the Civil War Museum, and of course, the park. The <\/span><b>Old Fourth Ward<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is where you\u2019ll find Ponce City Market, Edgewood Avenue&#8217;s nightlife, and easy access to the Atlanta Streetcar, the Beltline, and oh so many brunch options. Finally,\u00a0<\/span><b>Virginia Highland<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0has quaint bungalows, charming sights, a mecca of bars and restaurants with people spilling out onto the sidewalks during the weekends. You\u2019ll find century-old mansions and small-town vibes alongside gated communities, malls, and high-rise condos. This busy Atlanta neighborhood is a home to several corporations but it\u2019s also family-friendly. Things are nice in Buckhead, perhaps even glamorous and a little bit ritzy. It\u2019s THE place for shopping, and you\u2019ll find lots of restaurants and hotels here too. It&#8217;s got a tree-lined town square, an ice skating rink, and its fair share of history.
